SNEAK PEEK INTO 2011
The ANF is in the process of developing
new mini-courses in 2011. These will be
specifically designed for newsagency staff
members and will cost less than the current
full Certificate IV course. You may complete
as few or as many of the mini-courses
offered. It will give staff the option to work
on developing their understanding in areas
in which they are lacking. Owners might
choose to make some of the mini-courses
a requirement for staff, to target areas
their staff may need further education in.
The mini-course modules will help staff
understand your business better, maximise
your sales and give them a career path to
follow. The ANF invites feedback via our
website, to advise what types of “mini-
courses” would like to see in 2011.
